The power switch extension relocator makes turning on the printer much easier. No glue was required for the assembly. Assemble the lower rod and rod connector first make sure the rod is half way into the connector, its tight but it will go. The upper rod may need shortened before applying the switch toggle (actually it slides) to the rod so the cover fits. Test fitting is required, original screws are used for mounting. It will require two M2 x 8mm flathead screws to attach the cover.
