Wurkos HD03 handlebar mount
Suitable for 31.8mm diameter handlebar, let me know if you need a different size. I used some thin double sided tape in the interface between the mount and the bar to help stop it from rotating, this works well along with a nice and snug 5mm zip tie. I also put a rubber band or O ring around it to prevent it from popping out.
