Storehouse 20 bin custom bins. Well really only the "XL" and "small long" are custom. The others are same size as what comes with the Storehouse 20 bin set. But this will allow for further customization if desired. I found that a wall thickness of 1.5mm worked the best for me. I originally printed with 2.0mm walls, but they were quite thick. I also tried 1.25mm and 1.0mm, but these were too thin. Also, I printed my bins in PETG, as PLA was a little too stiff for my liking.
The design is two fold: a bin and a bottom. I printed both separately, then super glued the bottom to the bin. This works quite well. Note, when importing the "bottom" SLT, you will most likely need to flip the orientation as the feet/nubs need to point upward to avoid printing with supports.
I originally designed the XL bin so I could fit my battery charger in the case . I noticed I could easily create the other sizes by adjusting the length and width sizes.
This model was created in FreeCAD 1.1 and parameterized with a VarSet. I may post the FreeCAD model, if there is any/enough interest.
