These are all in the alpha phase, just wanted to whip something up for this new device.
Please offer advice, changes, makes and print settings. I've created all these in tinkercad sooooo... yeah.
I don't have specific print settings as these are all prototypes and quick prints. I recommend PETG or anything stronger than silk PLA.
My current settings are .6mm nozzle @ .16mm layer height. .3mm prints okay.
The tolerances are pretty tight, the USB side slides in first at a 45deg angle and then the antenna side pops in.
Slim320mah
Runs a single 320mah 602030 spicy pillow ~roughly 30hrs of up time
M3x12mm and 4 nuts
Two piece, Cover and Back. Plus 2 buttons
Install is a bit involved to make sure the power wire or the pigtail doesn't get caught on a high point under the board, and or pop the u.fl off.
Short button sits flush or slightly below the cover,
+1mm button, well it sits higher.
Hardware
M3 nuts and bolts. Just what I had laying around. Made for socket caps but flat countersunk looks pretty good. Might have to trim some of the bolts or do your own. Threaded inserts might be the way to go here. let me know!?!

This case is untested and unprinted. I do not have a 3k, I based it off of the meshnology lipo 103665. Let me know if it works or needs to be changed.
