I also printed 4 3x3 grids for the base of the box, they may slide around a little. I made up some 4x4x120mm spacers to put in and keep the grid still, but your tolerance may be different.

No supports needed. I printed most of them at .15 layer but I think they’d handle .2 just fine. Printed using PLA.
Print quantities:
Character Board and Manuals box - 1 of the file
Card and Component boxes - 1 of each model in file, except the 1x1x6. You'll need 9 of those
Box lids - 3 of the wide model, 2 of the narrow model, 9 of the small
I cut out the characters names and images from the flap of original boxes and glued them onto the lids of the new ones.
For Sari's gift card box, I took the name/image from the front of her original box.
