RoboUp T1200 Pro Replacement Disc Version 2.0!

Same print setting recommendations as with the original version of this design still apply (100% solid, output each object complete if printing all on the same print bed, etc.). Also, the files attached are STEP files for the same reasons as the original listing.

Note: You can install the standard number of blades if you wish, just make sure they are equally spaced around the disc to keep it balanced.

If you want a design where there are no additional parts other than what come stock with the mower, use the original design (though it is a bit harder to put together).

Actual assembly steps:

- Insert spacer piece into one of the disc holes, aligning the hex edges with the hex cavity (make sure the circular part of the spacer goes through the disc).

-Insert M4 hex nut into hole and cover with finger to keep in place for the next two steps.

-While holding hex nut in place, rotate disc over, place blade over spacer, then install stock RoboUP screw through spacer and into nut.

-Tighten screw until screw pulls nut tight, but DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. It is possible to crush the spacer.

Note: Because the stock RoboUP screws come with a thread locker on them, you only need to tighten things enough to hold the blade on the spacer so that the blade will spin when the mower spins the disc.
