I suggest to split the "outer" part vertically. (then it can be printed w/o supports"
You need to make a cutout on the steel pipe. (about half-way thru the pipe)
Glue the black part over the cutout using Tech7 , Sikaflex, Multibond or similar product. (use tape to keep it in place while drying.)
Glue the "inner water director (optional) to the inside, over the cutout, this prevents the water to splash out if it comes at an angle.
Print the strain part: it is strong, so it handles pieces of ice/show that can come down the pipe.
Leafs are automatically ejected, the strain is easy to insert/remove, and made so it cannot fall completely inn.
Tested in forested area of northern Norway, with ice/snow/winter.
ASA is a good choice for this item.
