Convert your caliper to a radius measuring gauge easy with this add-on.
It works like pythagoras theorem on the radius, constant factor between measured value and the actual radius. Just measure some radius with your caliper like you normally would do and then measure with this and calculate the factor. I got x2.43, write it on a note and stick to the gauge for easy reference.
You could do a table if you don't like counting also, see below.
