Levolor Blind Internal Bracket

To paint a wall, I took down a slatted Levolor blind.  Upon its removal, I noticed the brackets inside (that hold the adjustment shaft and the rotating components) were crumbling apart, and the blind could not be adjusted.  The brackets look to be nylon, which normally lasts pretty well.  But this is Hawaii, and at some point the salt and the sun destroys everything. 

We really need a new blinds, and we've ordered some, but in the meantime I decided to fix this one with new brackets.   Printed in PLA  They should hold up for a while.  If you need the rollers, I have a design for that too.   If you lost your roller shafts, you need 2mm D x 16.5mm L.  I cut mine out of some music wire.

It was a bit of a process to install the brackets.  A better design would have allowed installation without re-stringing the cords.  Maybe a 2 pc design, and glue them together in place.  You'll see once you have it apart. I'm probably the only person on the planet who needs/wants this part, but here it is anyhow.
