Modular Controller Stand and Charger for Various Controllers

This is a modular controller charger that can be expanded to charge several controllers for several different consoles all at once. Some features:

• Only requires one 5V DC input to charge several controllers (do your own math for your hardware on the limits here)

• Visibility cutouts for PS5 controllers to have visual indication that it's charging

• Switch controller charger works for a variety of 3rd party controllers as well as the Switch Pro controller (although that one's a bit snug).

• CAD files included for folks to modify to work with other controllers/devices

The hardware this was designed around is 2x RTLECS BC45-XPD spring contacts per stand, and these USB-C connectors: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005010812893647.html . Note that the resistor/capacitor is important for some controllers (such as PS5) to recognize the power input as valid.

I've uploaded the STL files I used for the stands in my photos. I've also uploaded the blank template .f3d file if folks want to make different designs for their own stuff, as well as the USB clip design. The design process is relatively straightforward: use a 3D model or scan of a controller, remove it from the template, then move the USB clip to where the USB input is on the controller, remove material from the stand where the clip goes then combine the two designs.
