Not sure what other model years this fits, it was designed for a 2023 4Runner. This is for the interior fuse panel located under the drivers side dash allowing you to add a fuse tap for accessory wiring and keep your factory fuse cover.
I would recommend printing in PETG or ABS, Pocket side down on the plate with supports enabled.
