Withered Springtrap Statue

This is a highly detailed Springtrap-inspired animatronic model designed for 3D printing, display, and collection. The model features a worn, damaged suit design with exposed mechanical structure and layered detailing to create a realistic broken animatronic appearance.

The geometry is built to balance detail and printability, making it suitable for both home printers and high-resolution machines. Fine surface details such as torn suit sections, internal mechanical parts, and worn textures are included to enhance the final printed result.

Printing Recommendations:

This model works with both FDM and resin printing methods depending on the level of detail and finish desired.

Resin Printing (best detail):

• Layer height: 0.05–0.1mm

• Best for capturing fine mechanical detail and face features

• Recommended for display-quality and painted versions

FDM Printing:

• Layer height: 0.12–0.2mm

• Nozzle: 0.4mm standard recommended

• Optional finer detail: 0.2–0.3mm nozzle

• Infill: 10–20% (gyroid or grid recommended)

• Supports required for ears, arms, and overhanging mechanical parts

• Slower print speeds recommended for better surface quality

Orientation & Supports:

Print upright or slightly angled backward for best results. Organic or tree supports are recommended to reduce scarring on visible surfaces while still supporting complex geometry like limbs, ears, and internal gaps.

Post-Processing:

Sanding and priming are recommended to bring out surface detail. Painting can further enhance the worn mechanical look, especially using darker base coats with lighter dry brushing on edges to highlight depth and damage.
