All reference frames: left, right, front (lower), back (upper) are relative to a person standing in front of the machine.
I printed this on a Prusa XL with standard .4mm nozzles using .15 layers and first layer in PrusaSlicer. The material was Hatchbox PLA, which is heresy but hey, it's what I had.
I recommend printing the Test and Part A and Part B, to see how it fits the Danish Plastic Injection Molded Bricks, each other (Part A and Part B), and how well they all snap together. Make minor corrections and then apply globally for the build.
I realize as a topper this impedes line of sight from the top. This is modular, so it can be used as a perimeter, half topper, full topper or however else.
Use STL "Topper" as the spine and build left and right using corner UR_LL (upper right lower left) and UL_LR (upper left lower right).
Assembly Left Edge, UL_LR, UL_LR, Topper, UR_LL, UR_LL, Assembly Right Edge makes the upper perimeter from left to right with Part B on each to make a flush edge on top and (optional) Part A on the bottom to make flush. The 3MF file is there with a full row on the build plate, plus a set of STL "Long Edge" which would be the flush outer edges of the next row forward.
NOTE: I do not have this machine, so I'm drafting purely in CAD. Pending parts are UL_LR, and UR_LL with a recess for the corner screws that protrude. Part A extended edge pieces left and right.
Part "Base" is there if y'all want to build radially. I'm working on custom parts to go around the lower vents on the plex. As I get the pieces drafted and physically fit tested (relative to each other) I will keep releasing them. I plan to keep adding components until the contest closes. Also if y'all have feedback, send it.
