I needed a PTFE Bowden Coupler and while there are many on printables, none was to my liking. So I designed my version.
Features:
- PC4-M10 Threads deep enough
- Stop for the PTFE Tubes in the middle, so you know when pushed in correctly
- Centering guide (chamfers) for the PTFE tubes
- Centering guide (chamfers) for the filament
- Outer diameter for a 13mm wrench
How To Print
Print in PLA or PETG (I used PETG). If using ABSs, ASA, etc. you may have to compensate shrinking for the thread to work nicely
Print in upright orientation (Part is oriented correctly in the 3MF)
Use 0.1mm layer Height for smooth threads
Use supports touching build plate
Maybe use a brim for better print bed adhesion
