This little sidequest here had me create these Sphere's out of bent pedals. and they are too nice to just abandon

As a sidequest of my bachelor's thesis, I have created these "folding" or "bent" spheres. Originally they were supposed to stand-in for the Sun in an orerry. I've since found a better alternative however.
The inner sphere is 90mm in Diameter, and has these overlapping pedals, to allow the even distribution of light, but also they also have these gaps inbetween them to facilitate air movement, and therefore cooling the internal LED. The pedals are printed flat, and should clip into place, just make sure that the longer ones are on the outside - those also take a bit more force to snap into place.
In the end, I probably wont use these. However, I think others might get inspired from my work here.
