A fun and fidgety pen holder for your desk! Fidget tested by 8 through 12-year-old students every school day for 4 years! (So you know it's good!) The original was spun for a million miles minimum.
Instructions:
Requires 2 608 bearings. You can use 3D printed bearings but, they will allow more noticeably more wobble than steel bearings due to far greater tolerances. But they do spin fine.
The gears are Forward and Reverse and labeled as such. You will need one of each. So be careful when slicing them.
If your bearings are loose fitting, they can be carefully superglued in place if need be. If too tight, you may need to fit them. The bearing pockets and shafts are meant to be press fits and YMMV depending on your printer, filament, and slicer settings.
The pieces will easily fit in 180mm cubed print area.
