I had a doozy of a time getting the original version printed.
I preferred printing Mr Otter sitting up, as pictured, but the bottom of the figure is rather not-flat. After messing around and trying to find a solution, I threw in the towel and added a circular platform as a base, scaled down to 80% of the original size, and it worked perfectly. I also thought it looked pretty decent, so I wanted to share!
I am not sure if supports are necessary, but I painted them onto the major overhangs be safe. The supports came off without issue, so I've included the gcode to show where I painted them on.
Print Settings
Mostly the stock
0.2mm Structuralwith a couple of minor changes.Gyroid infill at the default 15%.
Organic supports, painted onto the most significant overhangs.
