This is a custom Gridfinity bin for the Kynup 6 Inch / 150mm Digital Caliper Tool (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07X8JQ8L5) - Specifically the 150mm Silver variation. I have not tested this with the other calipers available for purchase through that link.
The rectangular cutouts are designed to hold CR2032 batteries in blister packaging, as the two spare batteries came sealed.
For my printer (a Flashforge AD5M) I had to cut the bin in half to fit it on my print bed, so you will notice a seam in the photos.
