Fantic Caballero Dash

Dash for Fantic Caballero (500) with original display, RPM meter, gear indicator and low fuel warning LED.

Only tested on Caballero 500 Rally, should fit other models as well.

Print with suitable setting and material. Recommended: PETG, ABS, ASA... Minimum 50% infill, 4 walls, 5 top/bottom layers. Think strength. Print with support as required, see screenshots.

You need to print:

• Top dash (1)

• Bottom cover (2)

• Screw spacers for gear display (2)

• RPM ring (1 - optional)

• Hole cover (1 - optional)

• Number plate spacer (1 - optional)

• 1x bolt M4x40mm (total length including screw head: 44 mm, head diameter 7 mm)

• 2x bolts M3x18mm (for gear indicator)

• 1x M4 brass heat insert (OD 6 mm, L 5 mm)

• 2x M3 brass heat insert (OD 4 mm, L 5 mm)

• 2x M3x12mm bolts and nuts for fixing USB charger (optional)

• Required wires and connectors

Notes: 

• RPM ring: required if that supplied with RPM meter is not suitable. The fit is tight and this ring is made to fit this design specifically, need to be aligned to allow mounting of gear display.

• Number plate spacer: additional clearance from the number plate for Rally version.

• All connections (beside gear 1-6) are available at the display hardness.
