1. custom-bushing-150mm.stl - Wall bushing with M4 countersunk screw holes
2. exhaust-hose-adapter-150mm.stl - Hose adapter (bayonet twist-lock)
3. lid-150mm.stl - Cover lid for when AC is not in use
Print settings:
Material: ASA (higher heat deflection than PETG ~100°C vs ~80°C)
Nozzle temp: 240-260°C
Bed temp: 90-110°C
Enclosure: Recommended (reduces warping and fumes)
Layer height: 0.2mm
Nozzle: 0.4mm
Supports: None
Infill: 20-30%
Hardware:
4x M4 countersunk socket head cap screws (DIN 7991 / ISO 10642)
4x M4 nuts or wall anchors
Bolt circle: 93.5mm radius, holes at 45/135/225/315 degrees
Assembly:
1. Mount the bushing through the wall/window panel
2. Secure with M4 screws from the room side (heads sit flush)
3. Twist-lock the exhaust hose adapter into the bushing
4. Use the lid when the AC is not connected
