I’ve got a broken JetKVM PCB with the well-known issue of a detached Mini HDMI port. I repaired it by soldering on a new port, and it became fully usable again. Since the display isn’t really needed when using JetKVM — especially if you use their cloud service — I decided to give it a second life by creating a “screen-less” case based on the original case model.
To fully recreate it, you’ll need:
the original PCB
2 × original M2 standoffs (or similar M2*11+4)
2 × M2 countersunk screws 5mm
2 × M2 heat-set inserts
I’ve also attached the STP file so you can adapt it to your own needs.
