A simple tomahawk costume prop. Generated with AI, cleaned up in Blender. Nothing fancy - just a usable shape for a kids' costume or school play.
Printed this for my kid's kindergarten performance. Sharing it in case someone else can use it.
What it looks like
Standard tomahawk shape — wooden handle, axe head, leather-style wrapping at the grip, small loop at the back for hanging feathers or beads. The geometry is a bit rough in places (AI-generated), but at 0.2 mm layer height most of it disappears in the print.

- Layer height: 0.20 mm
- Infill: 15%
- Supports: Yes, organic
- Orientation: Flat on bed, blade pointing up
- Final size: ~216 × 199 × 35 mm (scaled to 500%)
- Filament: ~77 g
- Print time: ~3h 45min
Scale up or down depending on whether suits you
Finishing
Sand the bottom side after removing supports. Acrylic paints work fine. Add real feathers or cord through the loop if you want.
