It's been here the whole time!
After making a digital digital 7-segment scorekeeper I got inspired and decided to try and make a fully mechanical version as well. It has a clicky spring-loaded wheel for the single-digits and uses as Geneva-wheel to increment the 10-digits automatically. The spring needs to be printed in 3 separate parts and super-glued together.
