print a matching lid and box. the lid should flex enough to allow the pins to fit into the notches on the box. the lid should snap closed. The first few snaps of the lid will probably be tight, and will break in after a few uses.
The lid of the display box has a chamfer that should keep cards from being damages, but always be sure they are seated correctly in the display slot just to be safe.
