This is a little tag that can be customizable if you have a favorite symbol, etc. I made a gummy bear in mine, and I made two more with a heart and a butterfly from tinkercad. The three of them look very cute! I include the file that you can use to attach any of your favorite charms.
The tag messuares 3 cm long x 1.7 cm wide x 3mm deep. The holes for your laces are 1 cm, which should be good enough for all kinds of laces.
