This is the CORE One L companion model to the CORE One Pins Mod. It brings the same pin-based idler mounting upgrade to the Prusa Core One L, replacing the standard M3 screws for idler mounting with precision 3mm steel axles.

This mod is 100% compatible with the recent GT 1.5 upgrade made with the 🥰 CORE One L+ Gen 2. It works in the exact same way as before and addresses the same weak points in the XY gantry system: idler play, mechanical looseness, and it provides general improvement of overall kinematic precision. Check the CORE One Pins Mod (Gen 1, Gen 2) model's description for details. |
This model contains only the two XY motor mounts adapted for the CORE One L. All other parts — the XY carriage, belt tensioner pulley, spacers, and tools — are identical to the original CORE One Pins Mod ...and the same is true for full assembly instructions, print settings and BOM.
