Dyson Accessory Wall Mount / tool holder expander

Accessory Holder for Dyson Vacuum Accessories (V7 / V8 / V10 / V11 / V12 / V15) 
Attaches to the bottom of the Dyson Wall Mount.  
Designed with a spring-loaded release button!   One of the major flaws I see with other designs is trying to use the natural flex of the plastic for the button release.  The release button can break off if the filament used isn't flexible enough.   My design uses a separate button with a plastic spring.   This design should print well with PLA, PETG, ABS or ASA.  I have done limited testing with PLA and PETG.  Both seem to work well.   If the spring ever breaks, you only need to reprint the spring to fix it.  

Two versions : Zero offset  and 25mm Offset (to allow more clearance from the wall)

 All Pieces snap together.  No Glue.  No Supports while printing.  You can enable supports if you want cleaner arches, but I haven't had any issues printing without supports.  

Print Instructions:

• 2 Different Models ( 25mm offset / Zero offset)

• Left and Right side Models 

• PETG Recommended, but PLA seems to work well too

• 4 Walls

• Button printed with Variable Layer Height (Adaptive Max Quality)

• 4 Plates

Assembly Instructions: 

1. Print out all Pieces
    

   

2. Test button tab for clearance.  Push top tab of the button into it's hole.  Tolerances are tight, this helps clean up any printing imperfections.  Make sure the top tab on the button slides into the hole without obstructions.    
    

   

3. After making sure button slides in easily, insert button from the inside and slide into place
    

   

   

4. Insert spring into the slot on the top.  Push spring firmly into place.   It will clip into place.  Top of the spring should be flush with the top.  
    

   

   

5. Assembly is now complete.   You can clip it to your Dyson Wall mount.
