The model is made specifically for Milescraft Universal Saw guide, and the sizing is intentionally pretty tight. Though the model is parameterized, so it is easy to adjust to other models.
I printed in ABS, but it won't be easy without a heated chamber. PETG should work just fine. Three small notches on the bottom are made specifically to ease first layers tension a little, though they might not be necessary.
