Fairly straightforward. Print a pair of these, clip them onto the inner laces of your shoes, and stuff the excess laces into the pocket.
Printing
Nothing special. PLA is OK but PETG is probably better.
No need for supports. Can be printed on-end, but likely stronger if printed on its side.
Customization
I've included the SCAD source file in case you need to alter the size and shape.
Also, the upper surface lends itself well to personalization, if you want something a bit more showy.
