I added some cheap 1mm aluminium (10x10) U because even if it is a petg print nasty sun's rays make it looks like banana.
First layers are "complicates" and should be print carefully, sides are not straight. It is of course to prevent warping
I did it with 15% infill for the hatch and 25% for sides, 0.2 layers for all. Diagonals of my neptune 3 pro are long enough to make sides (225x225)
Assembly with M4, M5 and M8 screws and nuts
