Designed to be printed in 95A TPU, these insoles provide a flexible, supportive layer that gradually conforms to the shape of your feet through regular use. After more than 6 months of daily wear in work boots, the test pair has maintained its function while developing a custom-fit profile based on the wearer's foot pressure points.
Unlike disposable foam insoles that compress and wear out, these can be printed on demand whenever a replacement is needed.

Sizing
This model is designed as a Size 10 insole but can be cut down with scissors easily or you could scale the size depending on what you need.
The TPU material is easy to trim using scissors or a utility knife, allowing the to be customized for smaller shoe sizes. For larger sizes, the model can be scaled proportionally in your slicer before printing.
