This is a small mount/enclosure designed to secure one type of commonly available generic configurable USB-C trigger board. It's intended less as a standalone print and more as something you would take and implement into a larger design. I'm personally using it to create USB-C mods for a variety of game consoles and other devices.

Designed for use with the specific kind of trigger board pictured, they're commonly sold on places like AliExpress and Amazon. When I bought some most recently they were being sold under the name "Jacobsparts" but I doubt they still are.

Designing this was a balancing act between making installation of the trigger board easy/accessible, vs. ensuring that the board is securely installed. I tried various lengths for the retaining wall at the end of the mount, with .7mm being slightly too easy to remove, and .11mm being very difficult to install. This model uses a .9mm wall, but this can be adjusted easily. Just pop the socket into place with a little bit of force. Once inserted it is very secure.

Designed to work and tested with PLA and PETG, tolerances are tight so may need changed with other materials.

I HIGHLY recommend printing in the "normal" orientation, no matter what your slicer suggests. In my experience printing with the face to the print bed messes with the tolerances too much.

Should be easy to modify to fit similar boards.
