Used M3x16 Screws for most fixings, standard PC case screws for PSU mounting.
Personally didn't bother with the middle screws but M3x4 should work fine
Should be fine to print in almost any material as long as ventilation is good. Print without top and bottom layers and infill. For my print I added modifiers to the model within slicer to print 100% infill around the mounting points for the PSU holder, to add rigidity.
