Reposting to share the love. I searched high and low for a EOM replacement and Serta customer service told me they do not sell or distribute this particular replacement part. Instead of spending another $400+ on a new chair, I found this model by Ericjoa on Thingiverse and it saved the day! I actually even rather prefer the more solid PETG over the original rubber.
Original Description:
I have a Serta Big-and-Tall Chair I spent a good fortune on. The original Lumbar Support Bracket was made with Silicon Rubber and Meta. After a few years of use and wear the bracket broke apart. I was unable to find a replacement part online. I decided, I design it in Blender and Print the replacement part. This time in a hard plastic. I used PETG in my print and it worked! I am sharing this because I'm sure there are others with this same chair, with this same problem.
