I made this object in ASA but I think that PLA CF even PLA will do the job just as well. The Freecad file is provided to adapt the part to your needs.
The object is made in two parts. Holes for screws are provided although I simply stuck them with reusable double-sided adhesive. The chassis part is printed on the side so that the axis which allows the rotation of the arm is vertical. Both pieces require supports.
