These are part of a project to add automatic temperature control to a hotplate. The following parts are included:
Controller front panel: holds a TFT display and rotary encoder
Strain relief for a cable from the hotplate to an external fan (should be printed with TPU).
Two support blocks to hold a perfboard inside the hotplate enclosure.
You will also need two heat-set threaded inserts for the support blocks (size M3) and two 20mm M3 bolts to attach the controller front panel to the front panel of the hotplate and the support blocks inside the hotplate.
There is a PDF file with a drill template for the two holes that you will need to drill in the front panel of the hotplate enclosure.
