Spinning top, with a launching handle and a toggle for the launching string.
No support needed.
Printed in PLA, most filaments should work.
Adjust the walls and infill to suit yourself, almost anything will be OK. I used three walls, five top and bottom surfaces and 10% infill.
The only additional material needed is some string. Pass the end through the hole in the toggle and tie a knot.
I've provided a new STL for the top, easier to print with no support needed. An additional part is the axle, to hold the string. The axle should be glued into the top. Depending on your printer settings, you may need to adjust the XY hole compensation, it should be a tight fit.
