I use this to make 180 and 45 degree bends for my amateur radio coax cable runs into the shack.

I noticed that in same places the coax was starting to have tighter bends than it should, these parts ensure the direction changes of the coax cable maintain the correct maximum bend (126mm for my case, I added a bit of a margin).
There's a 180 degree turn that I use to get some of the slack (my coax runs are long to insure future moves of the desk) and a 45 degree turn to run it up to the desk, etc.
There's a couple of holes to fix them to the wall but I'm using strong double sided tape as the run might not be the final location, there's also places to put cable ties to secure the cable to it.
Might add to this if I need other diameters, for now I'm running 7mm cable, but I'm probably going to add 10 or 13mm cable in the future for my VHF and UHF.
Update: added the 10.3mm Airborne 10 cable, should be good for any 10mm or similar cable. (Actual grove is 10.8mm) Re-doing my runs to the shack.
