A jump-ring bail is baked into the crown so it hangs facing forward
Add a 6 mm jump ring plus a fish-hook ear wire for an earring, or a lobster clasp on a short chain for a pendant
A note on material (see the photo): The pictured pair was printed in WOOD-FILL PLA, which is NOT recommended for a piece this small. The wood particles cause stringing and fuzz and blur the fine feather detail. For a clean result print in plain PLA or silk PLA — a dark or metallic silk especially flatters the owl. If you do use wood-fill: dry the filament, drop the nozzle temp about 10 C, raise retraction, and slow down.

A brim helps the small footprint stick to the bed.
0.12 to 0.16 mm layers for crisp feather detail.
