My Prusa printers are connected to an outlet that is controlled by a light switch. I wanted a fun way to prevent them from accidently getting turned off. What's better than the threat of nuclear armageddon to deter would be switch throwers? NOTE: Unlike a real switch cover guard, this one will not turn the switch off (or on) when closed. It's intended to just prevent someone from accidently hitting the switch.
Printing Instructions
I suggest you print you the models in the given orientation with PETG (PLA would probably be fine), no supports needed. The switch cover will print if your bed adhesion is good, but you might want to add a brim if you're concerned. I used the following filaments and layer heights:
Cover: Elegoo PETG Pro - Burgundy Red, 0.2mm Layer Height
Base: Elegoo PETG Pro - White, 0.2mm Layer Height
Spring: Overture PETG - Black, 0.2mm Layer Height
Assembly
Attach the Spring in the Cap in the orientation shown using a 10mm long piece of filament or dowel pin as an axle. You can use another piece of filament to push the axle in so it's not sticking out. Make sure the spring is in the orientation shown and is attached to the lower hole or the cap will not stay open when flipped up.

Mount the Cap to the Base using a 16mm long piece of filament or dowel pin. Make sure the feature at the bottom of the spring goes into the matching feature in the base.

Attach the Base to the light switch that's preventing armageddon. Remove the two screws holding the plate and re-attach them but threading through the holes in the base. I made the countersinks in the base deep enough so you shouldn't need different screws.

Congratulations! You're saved the world from armageddon!

Caution
If you intend to use this to prevent a switch from being turned off, know that the design might switch the light off briefly if you open the cover past where the spring will keep it open. It's a design flaw that I didn't have the time, or cost-plus government contract, to fix.
