Files Labeled as "Split" are made up of different parts that allow you to set separate parameters per part; this is what allows the grill patterns to exist at specific areas.
Split the file
Add separate settings to each part meant for the "grill/vent"
Make Top and Bottom layers "0" and choose whatever infill pattern gets you going; I went with "honeycomb" at 20%
