My original leather headband broke and i didn't really want to look for a replacement online, so i printed one instead, seems quite comfortable on my head. I made it quite wide to try and minimize the "headphone dent" problem, seems to have helped :)
I made it friction fit to simplify the design, it should be able to slide quite easily but also hold its position.
Tried printing another different design in PLA but it failed so printed this one in PETG, but PLA might also be fully ok. Some flexible material might be better, but seems good enough for me even with PETG.
Printed it on a Prusa MK3S+ but not with the stock settings, tolerances might need to be adjusted?
