This cover replaces the stock cover and is designed to emulate the size and shape.
Two 18mm or 20mm M3 bolts are required to affix the hinges. I do not have nuts on the bolts currently, as the current tolerances keep the bolts passively in line. If nuts are desired, I would recommend using a nylon nut and a 25mm bolt.
The latching mechanism towards the front of the door is designed with PETG in mind, and should require minimal flexion. I have not tried a print in PLA, but if anyone does try it, please update me on the results!
