Robuster Türkeil / Doorwedge

Dieser Türkeil wurde speziell für schwere Innen‑ und Hallentüren entwickelt und besteht aus zwei Teilen:

• einer griffigen Unterseite aus TPU 95A mit Profilnoppen für maximale Rutschfestigkeit

• einem stabilen Oberteil aus PETG mit verstärkter Füllstruktur für hohe Belastbarkeit

Durch die Kombination aus flexiblem TPU und robustem PETG hält der Keil auch Türen mit starkem Schwung zuverlässig in Position.

Der Türkeil eignet sich für Türen mit einer Unterkantenhöhe zwischen 20 mm und 45 mm. Innerhalb dieses Bereichs klemmt er sicher und verhindert ein Wegrutschen.

Zusätzlich wurde ein Topfmagnet eingeklebt, um den Türkeil praktisch an metallischen Oberflächen wie Werkzeugschränken oder Türzargen aufzubewahren. Verwendeter Magnet: Topfmagnet mit Senkung (Link).

This doorstop is designed for heavy interior and hall doors and is built as a two‑part system:

• a grippy TPU 95A bottom section with traction nubs for maximum floor adhesion

• a strong PETG top section with reinforced infill for excellent load resistance

The combination of flexible TPU and durable PETG ensures that the doorstop stays firmly in place, even when heavy doors swing with force.

The model is suitable for doors with a bottom edge height between 20 mm and 45 mm. Within this range, the wedge locks securely and prevents slipping.

A pot magnet was added to allow convenient storage on metal surfaces such as tool cabinets or steel door frames. Used magnet: Countersunk pot magnet (Link).
