Version 1

Youtube introduction video

The design methodology was for a solid and reliable press for printmakers. So this does use a bit of filament.

You will need 2 rolls of filament to complete this project.

We are making these files free, but if you would like resale rights, check out our

All resellers will be listed on our community site so printmakers can find you easily.

3D printing settings

Settings:
Filament - PLA (We use Super glue in assembly, so if you plan on using a different type of filament, make sure you know how to bond)

Settings are standard settings, but recommend rafts and using a core xy style printer. If you are using the raw stl files you may need to cut the files to fit your print bed. Use the split function and use the create plugs option to help with alignment.

The 3mf file already has this all done for you.

Using brims can help with some printers to keep the files from failing. This is because if you orient the parts vertically, you will not need supports.

** I have updated our lino adapter to have a registration grid
