After 2 years of use, the original strap of my BBB BLS-161 headlight teared, so I created this model to be able to print a replacement part. I tried to copy the original as closely as possible. It doesn't fit perfectly, but it does the job. The square holes were replaced by round holes since it is structurally stronger.
I haved used TPU at 100% infill. However, the result is a bit too stiff, so I'd recommend to use less infill (maybe 60-80%).
