Rooftop Tent Hardware (Keder 10mm)

A collection of functional hardware and accessories designed for rooftop tents utilizing a 10mm Keder rail at a 45-degree angle.

Specially adapted for the Taktältarna Åreskutan 3.0 Roof Tent but will probably fit more roof tents or keder strips. 

The collection includes a variety of hooks, line tensioners, and protective bolt covers to expand your tent's storage and utility options.

Included Models

• Carabiner Hook – Secure attachment point for carabiners.

• Towel Hook – Perfect for hanging towels or light gear.

• Wide Hook – Wider profile for thicker straps or handles.

• Standard Hook – General-purpose utility hook.

• 25mm Pipe Hook – Features a perfect snap-fit for 25mm pipes. Designed with a thumb tab for effortless, one-handed mounting and removal.

• Line Tensioners – Compact three-hole tensioners for 4mm Paracord 550

• Bolt Covers – Protective caps for exposed hinge bolts on Åreskutan.

Print Settings

While you can use any material of your choice, the load tests below were performed using PETG-GF (Glass Fiber reinforced).

Hooks & General Hardware

• Material: PETG, PETG-GF, ASA, or ABS (recommended for outdoor/UV durability).

• Walls: 3

• Infill: 15% Gyroid

• Note: The Standard Hook has been load-tested with +40 kg without showing any signs of failure when printed with these settings in PETG-GF.

Line Tensioners

• Infill: 100% (Solid) for maximum tensile strength.

Bolt Covers

• Material: TPU

• Infill: 100%
