Since I made the case for a Pi3 for a project why not make one for a Pi4. Used Malolo's excellent case as a base to then fit the TFT screen inside it.
You need the new top parts I made and any bottom, either mine or one from Malolo's cases.
Optional glueable spacer since the screen can sag a tiny bit.
Printing: 0.2mm or lower layers. No supports needed
