I had a Beyblade as a kid, and that is what inspired this model.
Each spinner consists of two parts: the top, and the weapon. These two parts screw tightly together, and are designed to spin so that they will not come apart. The launcher is in four pieces, and is very simple to assemble.
Printing:
No supports are needed for any of the pieces, and they are all in the correct orientation for printing. I recommend printing the two spinner pieces at 0.1mm layer height, and the launcher at 0.15mm. The weapon part should be printed at 100% infill, and the top should be printed at 65% to keep it from being too top-heavy.
Right now, the spinners screw in "Righty-tighty" and spin clockwise. But if you mirror the spinners, they will screw in "Lefty-tighty" and spin counter-clockwise. This way, if you print one of each, they will spin in opposite directions and clash much more powerfully.
If you don't want to deal with a screw assembly, or if your printer can't print it, I have posted the beta version of this model as well, the beta version is much simpler and easier to print.
Launcher assembly:
Step 1:
Glue the gear to the spinner.
Step 2:
Set the spinner into the launcher lower.
Step 3:
Glue on the launcher upper.
With the spinners as they are now, the ripcord must be put into the the launcher from the right, like so:
However, if you mirror the spinner pieces you will need to put the ripcord in the other side.
