DC1036P UPS replacement case

This model is basically a slightly enlarged case for a common DC1036P UPS with internally-mounted non-removable 4S battery pack. 

The model includes a case compatible with a standard R10 board and POE board and has provisions for a 18650 battery holder in it's base form. I have used a BeilaMoo 4x18650 SMD holder that I had lying around, but you can save some space if you are using a smaller holder or rawdogging it like the original tends to do.

All the holes are 4mm in diameter made for standard M3 heat inserts and thus M3 bolts.
For the battery holder version I have also used:
10x4mm M3 threaded inserts in the stands for PCB and battery holder mounting
4x5mm M3 threaded inserts for corner holes for mounting the lid
10x6mm M3 bolts for mounting the PCBs and battery holders
4x pretty much any reasonable length M3 bolts for mounting the lid. Any bolt that is 2.1mm shorter than the case height should do fine.

The model was made with OnShape and can be found here if you want to modify it. It is somewhat parametric, you can change the dimensions for width/length/height as well as insert hole sizes and insert stand height. Keep in mind that not all of the heights are completely linked yet, so when doing any modifications double-check all the heights thoroughly.
